The DUALMAX II is an ADVANCED IPL machine from the latest technology.

This tech separates itself from the standard IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) due to its ability of treating any skin type safely and working in FDP (Fast Delivery Pulse) also having a cooling system on a Sapphire contact crystal.

This is what we call IPL at its best! Dualmax II is the most complete and powerful FDA cleared IPL System , comes with two integrated self-cooled handpieces with different spot sizes so you can work very conveniently face or body, with its FDP also known as SHR technology (up to 10Hz), this machine is the best definition of super effective, reliable and pain free.

Wavelengths and filters:

DUALMAX II works on the range from 200nm to 1200nm and different filters to narrow the wavelengths range, each filter on the machine will work for a specific treatment serving a specific purpose and allowing for the customization of treatments based on the individual’s skin type and the condition being treated.

The filters available for this machine are: (some optional) :

420nm: Acne treatments, skin type (I-V)
530nm: Skin rejuvenation, vascular lesions, pigmented lesions, skin type (IV)
590nm: Skin rejuvenation, vascular lesions, pigmented lesions, skin type (V)
640nm: Hair removal, skin type (I-IV)
690nm: Hair removal, skin type (V)
750nm: All applications, skin type (VI)

It covers five essential applications:

✔️ 1. Hyperpigmentation: The machine targets pigmented cells, such as those causing freckles or age spots. The light energy is absorbed by the melanin (pigment) in the skin, breaking down these cells and reducing its pigmentation.?

✔️ 2. Vascular Conditions: Like rosacea or spider veins, the machine will target the oxyhemoglobin in the blood vessels. The light energy causes the vessels to heat up and eventually collapse, reducing redness and visible veins, by its superficiality, the IPL won’t affect any other important deeper vessels, veins or similar.

✔️ 3. Hair Removal: The machine is highly effective in reducing and eliminating unwanted hair. The light energy is absorbed by the melanin in hair follicles, damaging them and inhibiting future growth. Different wavelengths can be used to treat different hair colors and skin types. Being an Advanced IPL technology this machine will allow the operator to work safely in the whole Fitzpatric scale.

✔️ 4. Skin Rejuvenation: This machine can also stimulate collagen production by absorbing H2O from the skin, improving the overall texture and tone. This can help reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and large pores.

✔️ 5. Acne: The light energy emitted by IPL can penetrate the skin and destroy the bacteria that cause acne. This helps clear existing acne and prevents future breakouts.
