Shipping Policy

The shipping included in your deal is a curbside delivery to business address in the USA, the same is operated by T-Force freight.

If delivering in residential areas, remote or rural areas, forklift needed to deliver or inside delivery requested the carrier charges extra. Please let us know to bill in advance.

Your machine is insured for damages up to $2,000, if you’d like insurance for a higher amount let us know to quote it appropriately.

Transit time varies depending on different factors, including the specific product(s) you ordered as well as your specific location, you may simply keep in mind the following conservative estimated transit time for in-stock products: 3-5 business days.

Shipping Delays: Please note that Supramedical is not responsible in the event of shipping delays, this is a service operated by a third party and there can be unforeseen reasons on the carrier side. Therefore, no refunds or cancellations are applicable in this case while going the reasonable transit time (reasonable is defined as a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of shipping). We will do all in our possibilities to deliver without delay. Thank you for your understanding.

Packages Lost in Transit or Missing Packages: Supramedical is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, should such damage or loss occur during the shipping process handled by third-party couriers. However, as mentioned before, all the machines are shipped with basic coverage and in case of damages we will repair accordingly with this amount if you want to cover the whole cost of the machine, please inform your executive so we can quote properly, also we will do our best to assist you to file a claim and follow up on it if the case as well as provide any required documentation.

Orders not received by the recipient on the day of the delivery and re-routed to a local facility will carry a re-delivery fee of $250 per each attempt. (Charged by the shipper).

Refused/ returned packages without notice will have an automatic re-stocking fee of 20% of the value of the machine plus shipping costs.

Orders sent to a different address will pay the full shipping cost unless is the shipper’s fault. Please check your address twice.

Supramedical reserves the right to ship with a different carrier if it is necessary or more convenient for the client. In which case we will inform you accordingly.

Please note that many packages do require a signature on delivery to ensure safe delivery. Please make sure you or someone responsible at your shipping address will be available to sign for your delivery, and note any damage or irregularity on the delivery guy’s paperwork, PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THE MACHINE if damage is observed, NOT ALL DAMAGED BOXES MEAN DAMAGED MACHINES.
